Core Duties

• Lead the assigned team's performance and business development through effective portfolio management
• Act as the primary point of contact for real estate corporate clients, delivering solutions and addressing service issues
• Monitor risk exposure and ensure timely credit renewals and compliance with audit standards
• Grow portfolio revenues by cross-selling banking solutions including GFM and GTB products
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns proactively
• Maintain zero-expiry status across the assigned portfolio and ensure customer documentation is up to date
• Conduct credit reviews, risk assessments, and monitor non-performing loans to stay below 4%
• Provide in-depth credit appraisals and support financial modelling efforts
• Prepare client presentations and reports, ensuring accurate and timely communication
• Adhere to all internal policies and regulatory requirements in operational and documentation procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments to enhance overall client servicing and solution delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification is a plus
• Prior experience in real estate corporate relationship management or credit-focused banking roles
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and regulatory frameworks
• Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and team management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Familiarity with feasibility reports and appraisal techniques
• Arabic language skills are preferred but not required
