The Role
My Client is a leading player in the holiday home rental sector, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and guest relations for their properties in Dubai. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Run day-to-day check-in and check-out procedures for properties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage basic guest relations, ensuring an excellent guest experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise and manage all housekeeping responsibilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Accommodate guest requests and ensure their satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct inventory checks for amenities, linen, and home supplies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement and maintain cleaning standards and procedure checklists. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sign off on the check-out process after each guest. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure each unit is prepared and check-in ready for the next guest. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage calendar and prepare daily and weekly scheduled tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Legal registration of guests onto portals and systems.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality sector (hotels or holiday homes) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience managing day-to-day operations of holiday homes or Airbnb properties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of linen management, inventory management, and cleaning standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid driver\'s license. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication skills, including people and leadership skills.
