Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate market
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share, profitability, and competitiveness
Researching and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitors
Networking and building relationships with clients, potential partners, and stakeholders
Overseeing and managing all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing
Formulating and following policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
