Position Overview
Jumeirah Al Naseem, part of the iconic Madinat Jumeirah resort, is looking for a Guest Relations Executive (Hostess) to join its F&B Service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of Dubai's most luxurious hospitality destinations.

Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel or branded restaurant
What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly, ensuring a personalized and engaging welcome experience
• Manage reservations, special occasions, and guest inquiries according to F&B standards
• Escort guests to tables, brief service staff, and introduce menus and specials
• Maintain guest profiles, anticipate preferences, and ensure confidentiality
• Handle calls professionally and manage accurate reservation data
• Support inventory, daily checklists, and operational tasks
• Attend trainings, manage complaints professionally, and uphold Jumeirah service standards

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurants
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages like Russian or European are an advantage
• Familiarity with Micros, SevenRooms, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and thrive under pressure
