Job Overview
As a Butler in the Guest Relations team at Jumeirah Al Naseem, you will serve as the main point of contact for guests, coordinating all service requests with precision and warmth. From check-in to property tours and daily guest needs, your role is to enhance satisfaction and ensure each guest receives the highest level of luxury hospitality in line with Jumeirah standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for guest requests and coordinate with internal departments
• Extend a warm and professional welcome to all guests in various hotel areas
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer support and solutions
• Provide information on hotel facilities, dining options, and daily activities
• Promote resort amenities, including restaurants and spa services
• Conduct guest room orientations and full property tours

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a Butler or Guest Relations role in a luxury 5-star hotel
• Experience in F and B is preferred but not mandatory
• Fluent in English and Russian languages
• Proficient with Opera PMS (Cloud), Microsoft Office, HotSoS, and Sevenrooms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills
