This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who excel in creating memorable dining experiences, delivering personalized service, and representing the finest standards of Arabian luxury.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized welcome to every guest and ensure their comfort throughout the dining experience.
• Manage reservations, special occasions, and VIP bookings with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings to confidently recommend dishes and beverage pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs, recall preferences, and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to guarantee timely and seamless delivery.
• Address guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Support service flow by maintaining strong communication between departments.

Ideal Profile

• 1-2 years of experience as Guest Relations Executive or similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or premium restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian or other European languages is an advantage.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms systems.
• Experience working within a multicultural team environment.
• Energetic, polished, and service-oriented with a passion for luxury hospitality.
