Job Description

We are seeking a personable and proactive Guest Relations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our holiday homes, responsible for delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

- Address guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local attractions.

- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness and cleanliness.

- Assist in managing reservations and updating booking systems.

- Provide personalized recommendations and concierge services to enhance guest experiences.

- Conduct follow-up calls and surveys to gather guest feedback and identify areas for improvement.

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of guest relations experience in holiday homes in UAE (mandatory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in using reservation and property management software. A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service Should hold valid UAE driving license & own car (mandatory)
