Are you a people person who knows the ins and outs of the holiday homes industry? Do you love delivering top-notch service and solving problems on the fly? If yes, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do:
Welcome guests during check-in and assist with check-out
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and back-office teams
Conduct property inspections before and after stays
Assist with upselling services and experiences
Ensure guests have a smooth and memorable stay
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Relations Executive in holiday homes (required)
Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Hostaway, Guesty, etc. (required)
UAE Driving License (required)
Having your
own car is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends/evenings if required)
Strong knowledge of Dubai neighborhoods is a bonus!
