Job Summary:
As a Guest Relations Executive at HAVN, you'll be responsible for creating seamless and memorable stays for our guests -- from check-in to check-out. You'll act as the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle check-ins/check-outs
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge services
Conduct property inspections and ensure readiness before guest arrivals
Provide local area recommendations and upsell experiences
Maintain accurate records and reports
Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth guest experiences
Requirements:
Previous experience
in holiday homes or the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels)
UAE driving license
(preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused with a
positive and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Immediate availability
is highly preferred
