The resort will also include conference and banquet facilities to cater for Oman's growing attraction as a destination for conferences, meetings and large-scale events. The resort forms part of a larger development that includes 300 high-end residential townhouses and villas, taking advantage of some of the most beautiful, unspoilt coastline in the Middle East. About the role An exciting role has arisen for a Guest Rekations executive's Role to join the pre-opening at Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort. The Guest Service Executive will Anticipate and meets guests' needs and requests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Recognizes all repeat and important guests. Establishes and develops personal guest contact, promotes feedback and be consistently proactive in anticipating guest needs and requirements Your key responsibilities will include:

Prepare the daily guests' amenity list and distribute it to the respective department. Print and distribute guests' remarks report. Check the previous nights no show and pull out amenities accordingly. Prepare and distribute the daily feedback report. Prepare and distribute the daily guests' amenities list. Updates and maintains all guests' history files Prepare welcome letters for all VIP guests Prepare special guests' letter (i.e. Birthday, Anniversary, Honeymoon etc)
