Job Overview
As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism. You will manage reservations, seating arrangements, and special guest needs while working closely with service staff to ensure smooth and memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests courteously, ensuring a personal and engaging arrival experience
• Manage bookings, guest profiles, and special occasion arrangements with discretion and efficiency
• Communicate guest preferences to the service team, support menu introductions, and facilitate table turnover
• Respond to guest calls, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate guest records in Sevenrooms and Micros systems
• Contribute to daily checklists, inventories, and service briefings as needed

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury 5-star property or premium restaurant
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or a European language is an advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Micros POS, and Sevenrooms software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment
• Well-groomed, poised, and confident in handling VIP and high-profile guests
