About Sunscape



Sunscape Vacation Homes operates holiday homes across Dubai with a focus on day-to-day operations, compliance, and guest coordination.


The role involves direct involvement in real operational tasks, not corporate layers.



Responsibilities



Manage guest communication via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, phone, and PMS (Hostaway / Guesty or similar)

Handle guest communication pre-arrival, during stay, and at check-out

Collect guest passports and register guests in DTCM system

Manage and update listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, PropertyFinder (or similar platforms)

Coordinate calendars and availability across OTAs and PMS

Work with pricing tools (PriceLabs or similar)

Coordinate daily cleanings and communicate directly with cleaners

Review cleaning photo reports and request re-cleaning when needed

Submit building access approvals and coordinate with security

Handle maintenance issues and coordinate technicians

Track amenities and flag low stock or operational issues


Requirements



Proven experience in Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rentals in Dubai

Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Booking.com host systems

Experience with PMS systems (Hostaway, Guesty, or similar)

Experience with DTCM guest registration

Strong operational mindset (not customer service only)

Excellent English (spoken and written)

Confident WhatsApp communication

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Based in Dubai


Candidates without holiday homes experience will not be considered.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
