Welcome guests warmly to all hotel restaurants, lounges, and bars.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide personalised service.
Handle guest inquiries , feedback, and special requests professionally.
Ensure guests receive consistent, high-quality luxury service throughout their F&B experience.
Food & Beverage Operations
Assist with reservations, table allocations, and seating arrangements in restaurants and lounges.
Collaborate with restaurant managers, hosts, and servers to ensure smooth operations.
Support quality control of food presentation and service standards.
Participate in events, banquets, and special dining experiences when required.
Service Quality & Compliance
Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and 5-star service etiquette.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Support service recovery and promptly resolve guest complaints.
Contribute to team training, development, and service improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in F&B guest service, food & beverage operations, or a related hospitality role in a luxury 5-star hotel.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
