Job Overview
A prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Guest Experience Ambassador - Front Office to enhance the guest journey and ensure world-class service standards. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who excel in guest engagement, personalised service, and luxury front desk operations.
The Guest Experience Ambassador acts as the first point of contact for arriving guests, providing a seamless check-in/check-out experience, assisting with guest requests, and ensuring a memorable luxury stay.

Description
Guest Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Welcome guests with a professional, friendly, and personalised approach.
  • Provide efficient check-in and check-out services for all guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Front Office & Operations
  • Maintain accurate guest information, reservations, and billing in the PMS.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell Desk, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests, and luxury service offerings.
Service Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to 5-star hotel service standards, grooming, and professional conduct.
  • Follow health, safety, and security procedures at all times.
  • Participate in staff training and service improvement initiatives.
  • Support service recovery to maintain high guest satisfaction and hotel reputation.
Minimum Requirements
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Guest Experience roles within a luxury 5-star hotel.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
