What You'll Do

• Handle operational tasks such as processing payments and completing reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and confidentiality standards
• Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times
• Support a seamless guest experience by collaborating with other hotel departments

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to stand, walk, and move objects up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Strong communication skills and guest-focused approach
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
