My client is a marketing leading Fintech & InsurTech business who are growing their Marketing function with the recruitment of a Head of Marketing.
Our clients marketing team currently work across the business to champion the voice of their customers. The team is responsible for the brand as well as acquiring, growing, and retaining customers. They develop and deliver all customer communication including, social media, website, and advertising. The Head of Marketing will lead the strategic planning of all online and offline marketing initiatives; overseeing the content and performance marketing functions.
As Head of Marketing, you will:
Grow the brand strategy and establish of brand advocates.
Improve the brand tone of voice across all touchpoints with clients, using products and services as a support for the brand’s promise.
Lead strategic planning of initiatives developed and managed by the team, ensuring clear evaluation frameworks are set to measure the impact
Lead a group of team members to allocate, invest, and optimize the performance media budget across all channels to meet business targets
Work closely with analytics and data science team members to build a world-class performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, and optimization
Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI.
Plan, budget and monitor the team resource and expenditure budget
Structure and oversee the marketing team as they create a content engine from A to Z including creative concept development, writing and editorial, design and artwork, and video and photography; ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 6 years experience, with at least 2 at a strategic level
Willingness to embrace change and adapt strategies accordingly
Knowledge of market trends and habits of market demographic
In-depth knowledge of brand building and distribution channels
Proven experience in advertising, marketing, and communication roles
Proven experience in managing a team of at least 2 members
Experience of developing and implementing a digital strategy and operational plan
Data-driven mindset with a passion for critical thinking and experimentation
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
In-depth experience in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
