Role Purpose:

The Growth Marketing & Conversion Rate Optimization Manager will support our omni-channel demand generation engine and drive performance of 12+ ecommerce websites and apps.The role will work closely with marketing, digital marketing, product owners’ teams, omni team, analytics, and agencies to champion our testing capabilities and strategies, working to cultivate a data-driven, experimentation/fail-fast mindset. In addition, will analyze experiment results to provide valuable insights, estimate business impact and identify growth opportunities. He will maximize results by applying knowledge of customer personas, web analytics, session recordings, heatmaps and survey data.
The role will be responsible to increase online sales by accelerating conversion on campaigns, websites and mobile apps through aggressive A/B testing and effective UX / UI strategy. The role holder plays huge role in driving the business forward by increasing online sales and lowering acquisitions costs by taking full ownership and responsibility of Conversion Rate Optimization across owned and paid media.

  • Have a growth mentality that enables a constant testing strategy. Tests that can include offers, copy, creative, landing page, calls-to-action and many others.
  • Strong organizational skills are very important to not only execute these tests but to learn from them and to develop a departmental knowledge base of what is supporting organizational growth.
  • Monitor traffic, conversions, page performance metrics, and user journeys to deliver improved performance while creating a cadence for sharing actionable insights.
  • Drive the testing life cycle process from planning, requirements gathering, execution, analysis, and communication of results, partnering directly with business owners and cross functional teams (web, creative, content, digital, CRM).
  • Develop growing roadmaps that outlines all future strategy so we can accurately estimate test length and impact
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Brand, Product, and Creative to ideate and launch new experiences that stay within our brand guidelines but will drive engagement and purchases.
  • QA of all experiments including ensuring all running experiments are rendering appropriately and all goals are tracked properly.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate (MVT) optimization tests that drive fundamental improvements to the websites and apps experience and performance
  • Manage the end-to-end experimentation process including hypothesis setting, test design, KPI selection and goals, test execution, results measuring and recommendations
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to understand customer priorities and pain points, develop robust tests/hypotheses, write creative web copy/value propositions and design low fidelity experiment prototypes and wireframes
  • Interpret data, identify key findings, make recommendations and share learnings based on testing results to positively impact customer experience, conversion rates, future web developments and further testing iterations
  • Analyze test data to develop a Results Decks that compiles all findings and learnings which is then presented to the client to discuss next steps
  • Stay up to date with latest industry trends and continuously finding ways to improve our current process and value we bring to all clients
  • Lead and support training and development of web optimization and A/B testing standards

  • Prepare performance reports with analysis to update management.
  • Maintain all department related records, files and database.
  • Ensure compliance to group communications policy.
  • Deliver and record accountabilities in line with operational audits.
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Assist in market, segment and customer research and analysis.
  • Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search, apps and affiliate campaigns.
  • Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
  • Provide exceptional internal customer service, assisting the marketing team on key projects, coordinating where necessary with approved agencies, third parties.
  • Maintain professional relationships with external agencies and third-party providers.
  • Support all marketing activities, including but not limited to promotions, events and exhibitions where required.
  • Stay abreast of online marketing trends and provide recommendations to the Marketing team.
  • Support the holding team in group wide initiatives and represent MAF Lifestyle on projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications / Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent, directly related experience required
  • Professional qualification in Digital marketing / eCommerce is an advantage

Experience
  • 7+ years’ experience growth marketing, growth hacking and conversion rate optimization roles in eCommerce businesses.
  • Strong experience with one or more testing platform such as Adobe Target, Monetate, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.
  • Experience in website analytics (Google Analytics), UX conversion strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent analytical skills & outstanding attention to detail.
  • Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence
  • Strong project planning, tracking, and organizing skills.
  • Able to effectively work cross-functionally with peers, management, and other internal or external stakeholders to gain consensus when needed.
  • Experience in the Retail industry is an advantage.
