We are looking for a senior, hands-on Growth Marketer to lead and scale paid acquisition across our clients own businesses and client accounts.

This role is not entry-level or experimental. You must have managed meaningful ad budgets and scaled campaigns successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok
Scale healthcare lead generation campaigns (mandatory experience)
Build, optimize, and iterate high-performing funnels including ads, landing pages, and lead flows
Improve CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality through continuous testing
Collaborate remotely with creative, sales, and CRM teams
Manage and mentor junior marketers or media buyers
Translate performance data into clear growth insights and action plans
Support growth across both internal brands and client accounts

Requirements

5-7 years of senior-level experience in performance or growth marketing
Strong healthcare lead generation experience (clinics, medical services, fertility, healthcare)
Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (lead gen and conversion campaigns)
Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads for direct response and lead funnels
Proven ability to scale campaigns with meaningful budgets
Strong analytical mindset with understanding of attribution, tracking, and optimization
Experience working with CRMs and lead pipelines

Nice to Have

SaaS advertising experience
Experience marketing high-consideration or complex services
Experience managing international or multi-market campaigns
