We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group QA Manager. The Group QA Manager establishes, documents, and implements integrated management systems for QBS. Key responsibilities include managing all QA/QC activities throughout the Company, including setting quality objectives, internal quality audits, overseeing the implementation of the management system, and supervising the overall QA/QC for all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Management Representative duties as defined by ISO 9001
Guide senior management on setting quality objectives with key performance indicators
Define the management system requirements; strategy, policies, manuals, and processes
Direct the development of QA/QC processes, procedures, and other documentation, and guides all departmental QC systems implementation and approach
Manage the management system in alignment with policies and objectives and ensure implementation across the company and projects
Develop programs designed to attain certification to the required standards (e.g., OHSAS & ISO) and maintains the standard once achieved
Develop the Company QSE audit program, including QA/QC and HSE
Conduct internal audits following defined systems and procedure
Ensure management review meeting minutes and improvement plans are recorded, managed, and followed up
Provide counsel to senior management on all QA/QC issues
Support and advise project teams on all QA/QC issues
Skills required:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is a must
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of QA Managing Experience
Excellent ISO 9001 Skill
