Our client is a UAE based diversified business group with leading business verticals in Ayurveda Healthcare, Wellness Spas, Trading, and Automobile Spare Parts Retail. Job Purpose To provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all business verticals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, profitability, scalability, and market leadership. Drive integration, efficiency, and innovation while managing P&L, risk, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership - Develop and execute group-wide strategies to achieve revenue, EBITDA, and market share targets. - Lead market expansion, diversification, and new business initiatives. - Identify synergies between verticals (e.g., cross-selling wellness products via trading channels).

2. Operational Management - Ayurveda & Spas: Oversee clinic operations, service quality, regulatory compliance, and practitioner standards. - Trading: Optimize supply chains, vendor relationships, and inventory across the business. - Automotive: Manage spare parts retail outlets, after-sales service, and distribution networks including export business. - Implement KPIs, SOPs, and performance metrics for all verticals.

3. Financial Oversight - Manage group P&L, budgets, and financial forecasting. - Drive cost optimization and ROI improvement across verticals. - Approve CAPEX investments and monitor cash flow.

4. Team & Culture - Lead, mentor, and develop vertical heads (Clinic Managers, spare parts outlet manager, Retail Ops Heads). - Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability across 100+ employees. - Promote a unified organizational culture aligned with core values. 5. Growth & Innovation - Identify M&A opportunities, partnerships, or new market entry. - Explore franchise opportunities for Ayurveda clinics across GCC. - Leverage technology (e.g., ERP, CRM) for operational efficiency. - Enhance customer experience through digital transformation.

6. Risk & Compliance - Ensure adherence to industry regulations (healthcare licenses, trade license and laws). - Mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks. Qualifications & Experience -

Education: MBA or Master's in Business Management.

Experience: - 15+ years in senior management roles, with 5+ years leading multi-vertical businesses.

- Proven success in managing P&L exceeding AED 30M+

- Background in healthcare/wellness, trading/distribution, and retail/automotive sectors.

Skills: - Strategic planning, financial acumen, and data-driven decision-making. - Expertise in operational scaling, supply chain, and sales/marketing. - Strong cross-cultural leadership and stakeholder management. - Industry Knowledge: - Ayurveda/healthcare regulations, spa industry trends. - Automotive aftermarket and trading / spare parts retail knowledge is a plus. Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
