Due to the continued growth of Sunset Hospitality Group, we are looking for an experienced General Manager for our lifestyle dining venues. Main Responsibilities: Full P&L responsibility, optimizing revenue and profitability Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service Maintain brand standards while driving innovation and guest engagement Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales and customer experience Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume lifestyle dining venue Strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality and guest experience Proven ability to drive revenue, control costs, and manage budgets Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience in pre-opening and brand expansion is a plus Seniority level
