Job Description
Candidates should have min 14 years of experience in Construction, Hospitality multi building etc. candidates must have gulf experience Responsible for overall financial controls of the group including Budgeting, accounting, MIS, Compliance and Taxation. ï'· Debt Restructuring/Funding ï'· Anchor the project feasibility sign off process and continuously monitor the actual vs budgeted cost to highlight variances and work with key stakeholders to optimize profitability. ï'· Complete in charge of Finance & Accounts till finalization and audit sign off
Charted Accountant Certified, (CA) or Main: MBA,'Finance/ Management
