CFO is required for a leading Group in Abu Dhabi. : Forming, conducting, and follow up the implementation of the financial strategy of the Company. Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information. Predicting future financial trends. Reporting to management, and providing advice how the company and future business decision might be impacted. Producing financial reports related to budgets, controlling accounts payables, account receivables, expenses etc. Developing long-term business plans based on these reports. Reviewing, monitoring, managing budgets, and follow up the budgets of the ongoing projects with the concerned Project Managers. Cash flow management and efficient allocation of resources. Cost analysis and recommending cost-saving measures. Responsibility of review and finalization of quarterly FTA VAT returns. Balance sheet, banks & intercompany reconciliations on a monthly basis. Conducting Annual Financial Audits with external Auditors and finalize the yearly Financial Statements of the Group on time. Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk. Job Requirements: Minimum 20 years' experience in Construction & Contracting Companies. A degree in Accountancy or Finance is must. MBA/ or professional accounting qualification (eg.CA/CPA/CMA) will be an added advantage. Strong Leadership skills and personality. Able to restructure and re-build finance department from scratch. Candidate should have analytical mind. Must have a solid track record with IFRS reporting Candidate should have strong negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationship with banks and other stockholders. Commercial and business awareness. Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data. Ability to stick to time constraints.
