Key Responsibilities:
Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signage, social media graphics, presentations, and email templates tailored to real estate audiences.
Create and maintain visual branding across all platforms, ensuring consistency across all projects and campaigns.
Develop digital assets for property listings, including image editing, virtual staging, infographics, and floorplan enhancements.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce visual content for campaigns, events, and promotions.
Work closely with photographers, videographers, and external agencies to ensure brand alignment and high-quality visuals.
Adapt designs based on performance metrics and feedback to increase engagement and conversion.
Stay up to date with industry trends, digital design standards, and competitor visual strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of real estate-related work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
Experience with digital content creation for social media, websites, and ads.
Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity.
Familiarity with real estate marketing and property presentation standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
