In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers and the marketing team to develop high-quality visuals for various platforms, including social media creatives, digital ads, and branding materials. Your designs will directly impact the performance of marketing campaigns, driving higher engagement, lead generation, and overall brand success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

? Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a plus) with an overall experience of minimum 5 years and 2 years of Dubai Real estate marketing experience.

? Create high-quality visuals for social media, digital ads, websites, and email marketing campaigns.

? Bringing fresh, unique design ideas to enhance brand identity.

? Understanding what appeals to buyers and investors in the luxury property market.

? Develop and refine branding elements, including logos, typography, and color schemes to maintain a consistent brand identity.

? Edit and retouch property images to enhance visual appeal for marketing campaigns.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

? Stay ahead of trending design styles and incorporate the latest visual trends into real estate branding.

? Assist in branding projects, presentations, and event collateral.

? Manage multiple design projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

? Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

? Ensuring high-quality, pixel-perfect execution in all designs without delays.

? Clear Understanding how colors influence branding, emotions, and engagement.

? Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

? Provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and creative insights to the team leader to ensure project alignment.

Good to Have Skillset:

? Strong Understanding of designing high-converting visuals for platforms like Meta/ Google and other similar Ad platform

? Experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a plus.

? Expertise in crafting visuals that resonate with luxury real estate buyers and investors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
