Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, presentations, and project portfolios.
Design marketing content for property launches, listings, and promotional campaigns.
Develop branding materials such as logos, guidelines, signage, and brand identity elements.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver engaging visual concepts.
Edit and enhance property photos, videos, and layout visuals.
Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and marketing objectives.
Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
Stay updated on design trends and real estate marketing standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the
real estate or property development sector
.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience in social media content creation and video editing is an advantage.
Understanding of real estate marketing, layouts, and property presentation.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage fast-paced workloads.
Photography or 3D rendering skills are a plus.
