Assuring all transactions & documentations are as per the policies, Procedures & delegation of Authority . - Help in implementation of a strategic customer service system and procedures. - Responsible for managing day-to-day transactions, implementation and problem solving. - Ensure to register all the received case through Dubai Land Department System. - Take ownership for customer interaction center runs smoothly with minimal Number of complaints. - Manage interdepartmental relationships and ensure full coordination and integration of processes, communications, and product and service development. - Prepare Weekly/monthly reports to the Management. - Following up issues relating the company and giving advice, if possible. - Writing summaries and report of the conduct of proceedings and litigation issues relating to the company. - Writing official letters to the views of the ministries and government departments, institutional and semi-government and private companies. - Sending letters of no objection to the registration of properties to private investors in the company. - Checking the files for investors and good conduct of the sale and purchase of legal and administrative. - Providing advice and guidance to make the legal and procedural approach to the organization of work of real estate and business operations. - Attending the regular and extraordinary meetings with Dubai Land Department, and the real estate regulatory agency in Dubai. - Approval of the personal and public agencies certified in advance of the official views of the procedures for the sale and purchase and resale and other business. - Prepare statements and reports timely and accurately to meet the company and department requirements, policies and standards. - Interaction with the government entities to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all government relations transactions/activities related to the business of the organization. - Acts as a liaison with government agencies to ensure that Company affairs are handled expediently and that a good relationship is maintained / built. - Deliver and expedite the processing of highly confidential applications to ensure that they are dealt with quickly and efficiently. - Maintains an updated in-depth understanding of government laws, keeping abreast of the changes and advising the investors, whenever appropriate, on the best and right government practices - Acts as a midpoint between the governmental entities and the investors to ensure that all conflicts are resolved, and the processes are flowing in a smooth and efficient manner. - Monitor and analyse pending legislation and regulations which may impact the organization\'s operations and alerts management in order to analyse alternatives and undertake appropriate action. - Ensure on-going compliance with all specific government regulations relevant to government relations transactions /activives
