: PURPOSE

Shell EMEA Lubricants covers more than 115 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa. We provide 1 Billion litres of lubricant on an annual basis to customers ranging from the world's largest car manufacturers to small independent workshops, national utility companies to wind farms across the B2C and B2B customer groups. We have a network of 11 lubricant and 4 greases manufacturing locations in the region.

With this as the backdrop, Shell EMEA Lubricant purpose is to Power our customers growth, harnessing our diverse teams to win with sustainable lubricants solutions, leaving a positive legacy in our communities for the future. The GM Transformation & Sustainability EMEA will play a critical role in the transformation of the regional lubricants business working cross functionally and end to end. This is a high-profile role working across a large variety of stakeholders internally and externally.

This role reports to the SVP Lubricants EMEA.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Business Transformation To build a roadmap to $1 bln C5i for the EMEA region. Responsible for the overall Ultimate Potential roadmap for the EMEA region. Accountable to define the long term EMEA strategy aligned with Global Lubricants and translate into tangible milestones, integrate into the roadmap and drive our success to net zero carbon. Deliver the integration of the Inorganic opportunities for the EMEA region as identified by the NBD organization. 2. Sustainability Lead Work with priority markets and Sector Leads to ensure clarity on CVPs, targets, shape customer opportunities. Liaise, align and leverage the support and knowledge from the Global Sustainability Team and Sectors and Decarbonisation Teams.

3. Strategic Change & Engage

Lead the strategic change and engage agenda for the EMEA region. Own the communication calendar for the region Work with the other regional GMs to deliver the culture change required for the $1 bln roadmap for the region.

4. Business Process Change Drives the Business Transformation agenda for the EMEA region, across the Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical and Sales team. Develop a clear CI / Agile roadmap for the business, encompassing aspects and concrete deliverables of value delivery, capability building and culture that are intimately connected to the business priorities and 5+3 goals

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate, develop and communicate approaches in an easy-to-understand manner. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of being a driver for change, challenging the status quo and successfully adapting sales & marketing strategies and approaches based on external trends. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across a deep and wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong project management skills with proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget. Good understanding of the Lubricants market would be an advantage.
