About the role:
Global Partners is our award-winning client servicing division, dedicated to delivering a first-class experience for our valued clients around the world. As a Global Partners Adviser, you will take a lead role in managing and growing existing client relationships, delivering holistic financial advice across multiple regulatory jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Advisory Services:
Conduct regular review meetings with clients, including updating financial assessments and analyses to adjust existing and new financial plans
Recommend financial planning solutions and services that are suitable for prospects and clients based on their objectives, resources, time horizon, risk profile, and preferences
Provide expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, protection and other areas of wealth management.
Leverage global regulatory licences (e.g. SCA, CySEC, FCA, FINMA) to provide compliant, cross-border advice
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of clients, maintaining high levels of trust and engagement
Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships through proactive planning and value-added conversations
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams, including investment specialists, to ensure the seamless execution of financial plans or adjustments to portfolios
Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about market trends, investment performance, and relevant financial updates.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation within the company's Salesforce CRM system
Desired Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in wealth management, in an advice, servicing or support capacity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to service existing clients and identify new areas of potential business
Good soft skills (organised, process-driven, analytical, flexible, pro-active, creative)
