Job Description

The Paraplanner will be based in our Dubai office, working within our Global Partners team. This is a unique, award-winning proposition within international financial planning. Global Partners is a relatively new division, with 3,500 english speaking expat clients and a client relationship culture designed to maximise the effectiveness of ongoing advice.


Following a recent promotion, we are now looking to recruit a Paraplanner to work closely with the team's Financial Planners.


The Paraplanner will conduct the preparation of review meeting documents for clients, ensuring the highest quality of advice is delivered in an efficient manner whilst mitigating any risks to the business and assisting with the achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively working through the CRM system to arrange review meetings with Financial Planners. Preparing detailed suitability letters based on fact finds and information provided by Financial Planners. Handling policy amendments such as Portfolio Valuations, Withdrawal requests, Deed of assignments and general policy changes. Updating and maintaining the Dynamics CRM and other Back Office Systems Conducting comprehensive product research to include industry research tools and liaising with product providers. Responding to inbound client queries via telephone and email. Maintaining registers/reports for compliance audit purposes

Skills and Qualifications:

An individual with previous experience in financial services Ability to service existing clients and identify new areas of potential business Strong, confident, eloquent phone manner Good soft skills (organized- Excel driven, analytical, flexible, pro-active, creative) Intermediate IT Skills - Excel, Word and PowerPoint with experience of MO365 products, specifically Dynamics CRM and SharePoint. The ability to keep up to date with market trends and latest financial news
