Job Description

Generator Electrician with an electrical focus and expertise in Generator control panels, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and other related systems with specialized role centered on the electrical and control aspects of power Generation and distribution.

Job Responsibilities:

Installation and Wiring: Install, wire, and configure generator control panels, ATS and other auxiliary electrical systems. Ensure proper connections between generator systems and control components, ensuring seamless integration with existing power infrastructure. System Testing and Calibration: Conduct tests to ensure control panels, ATS are working correctly. Calibrate control systems and adjust settings to meet specifications and ensure reliability during power transfer or outage conditions. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular inspections of Generator control panels, ATS, UPS, and capacitor banks to detect any electrical faults, wear, or potential failures. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within electrical circuits, control wiring, relays, and other control systems components to ensure uninterrupted performance at Site or In Yard.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Electrical and Control Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generators control panels, ATS and related equipment. Technical Proficiency in Power Electronics: Expertise in handling electrical circuits, PLCs, microcontrollers, and digital control systems. Deepsea Controllers, Power Command, Power Wizard Etc. UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
Work Environment

This role often involves work in electrical rooms, generator sites, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities, with potential for high-voltage exposure and safety hazards. Require travel to client sites for maintenance or repair needs.
Areas of Expertise

Control Panels: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of generator control panels. ATS (Automatic Transfer Switches): Installation or Repair of ATS Ensuring systems seamlessly switch between generator and main power.

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
