. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, the ability to read electrical drawings, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, install, and wire
LV/MV switchgear and electrical panel boards
Read and interpret
electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and wiring drawings
Perform
testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and fault rectification
Ensure compliance with
electrical standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on panels and switchgear
Coordinate with engineers and supervisors during installation and commissioning
Maintain accurate work reports and documentation
Follow site safety rules and proper PPE usage at all times
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
switchgear panels, distribution boards, MCC panels, and control panels with 1 or 2 years experience.
Good knowledge of
electrical components, wiring practices, and testing instruments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Physically fit and willing to work on-site when required
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience in
GCC/OMAN projects
Ability to work under tight deadlines
