Site Foreman (OLD / Maintenance & New Construction Works)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

site supervisor

to oversee day-to-day operations for both

maintenance/facility management

and

new construction projects

. The role involves supervising site activities, managing teams, coordinating with contractors and clients, ensuring

safety

compliance, and delivering projects

on time

, within

budge

t, and to the

highest quality

standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate site activities for

maintenance works and new construction projects

. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure workmanship meets required quality standards. Plan daily site operations, including manpower, equipment, and material allocation. Ensure strict compliance with

health, safety, and environmental regulations

. Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow. Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly. Verify materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used on site. Maintain accurate records of work progress, site reports, and attendance. Control wastage and ensure efficient use of resources. Handle minor technical troubleshooting and provide practical solutions. Ensure timely completion of tasks according to schedule and specifications.

Requirements

3+ years' experience as a site supervisor/foreman in construction & maintenance in the UAE. Knowledge of construction methods, materials & maintenance practices. Ability to read technical drawings and plans. Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills. Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred). Driving licence
