Job Specification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field; MBA preferred.
7-10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in NVOCC liner development within the UAE/GCC.
Strong industry network and established contacts across the UAE shipping and logistics sector.
Proven capability to meet business targets and manage complex, fast-paced operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of shipping regulations, maritime compliance requirements, and documentation processes.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with digital freight platforms and ERP systems.
High integrity with a customer-focused, performance-driven mindset.
