Position: General Manager - Real Estate & Hospitality

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Manager to lead and oversee our company's real estate business operations, which include buying & selling, renting & leasing properties, as well as activities related to hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day real estate operations (buy, sell, rent, lease).

Develop and implement business strategies and plans aligned with company goals.

Prepare and review business plans, feasibility studies, budgets, and financial forecasts.

Oversee mortgage-related matters and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead negotiations with clients, investors, and partners to maximize business opportunities.

Ensure quality service standards in real estate and hospitality operations.

Manage and guide the team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Professional certification in real estate (e.g., RERA Certification or equivalent) is mandatory.

Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in real estate management and/or hospitality.

Strong knowledge of business planning, feasibility analysis, budgeting, and mortgage processes.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
