Hermas Real Estate Broker LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven
General Manager
to lead and oversee the overall operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of service across sales, leasing, marketing, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and growth objectives.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and profitability.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations, including sales, leasing, and property management.
Ensure compliance with
RERA
,
DLD
, and other relevant authorities.
Implement efficient systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and administrative teams to achieve targets.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
Client Relations & Business Development
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
Oversee marketing activities to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
Reporting & Compliance
Provide regular reports and updates to the Managing Director.
Ensure adherence to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum
5-8 years of managerial experience
in the UAE real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of
RERA laws, DLD systems,
and the Dubai property market.
Proven leadership and business development track record.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification are an advantage.
