The Real Estate General Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the real estate division, including sales, leasing, property management, and business development. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market to ensure profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance profitability.
Lead and manage the sales, leasing, and property management teams.
Ensure all operations comply with legal, financial, and ethical standards.
Business Development:
Identify and explore new business opportunities and partnerships.
Build strong relationships with investors, developers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Sales & Marketing Oversight:
Set sales targets and support the team to achieve KPIs.
Oversee marketing strategies to promote properties and enhance brand visibility.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability across all departments.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff.
Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans where necessary.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow and processes.
Implement CRM and other tools to optimize operations and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role.
Strong understanding of local and regional real estate markets.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
