About the Role

Ad Frame is a boutique digital marketing agency focused exclusively on the beauty and wellness industry - from skin clinics to high-end medspas.

We're looking for a high-energy, people-driven professional who loves connecting with business owners, understands the power of social media and digital tools, and is ready to

play a crucial role in growing a new agency from the ground up

This role combines

local lead generation, client relationship building

, and

project management

, including coordinating with our team of freelancers (designers, content creators, ad specialists, etc.).

Your Main Responsibilities

Visit or call local beauty clinics and spas to generate leads Build trust and pitch our core service packages (social media, content, digital ads) Set up discovery calls and manage early communication Coordinate with designers and freelancers to ensure tasks are completed on time Join or lead monthly client meetings (online or in person) Keep client Trello boards and task checklists organized Support onboarding of new clients (collect content, logins, materials) Maintain a positive, service-focused relationship with all accounts

What We're Looking For

Great energy and a natural connector - you love people and they trust you quickly Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a bonus) Some experience in beauty, wellness, sales, or marketing is a big plus Comfortable managing multiple tasks and communicating with freelancers remotely Self-motivated, proactive, and professional - you know how to follow through Available to work on a flexible freelance basis, with potential to grow
