Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our

perfume company and oversee daily operations

, strategic planning, and business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the fragrance industry, and a proven track record in managing teams, operations, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's long-term goals and profitability. Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including production, sales, marketing, supply chain, and retail. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, setting clear objectives and ensuring high performance. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth. Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards in all business operations. Represent the company in major events, exhibitions, and meetings. Report regularly to the board of directors on company progress and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in general management, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of sales, marketing, and operations in the perfume industry. Financial acumen and experience in budget management and P&L responsibility. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
