Role Overview
We are hiring a
General Manager
with scaffolding sales experience to lead business growth and manage client development. This role is sales-focused, with additional responsibility for overseeing key accounts and ensuring targets are met.Key Responsibilities
Lead sales initiatives and bring in new business. Build strong relationships with major clients. Ensure monthly revenue and sales goals are achieved. Supervise a small team and coordinate with operations. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of scaffolding experience in a sales/managerial role
. Excellent communication and leadership ability. Proven record of business development. UAE driving license is a plus.We Offer
