GENERAL MANAGER : HIGH PROFILE VENUE, UAE Delighted to be working with this high:profile Hospitality group, who are now looking for a strong General Manager, for one of their prime venues. Large and diverse operation with restaurant and beach club ... we need a super: duper General Manager who can really drive the business forwards Our ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in the luxury/lifestyle environment : high volume, high revenue turnover, independent restaurants. GGC experience, if not UAE experience is preferred for this role. Must be able to manage large team, multi:cultural teams of staff members. We are looking for someone with a great personality, with high energy and a sense of humour.
