- Lead the full pre-opening process from construction handover to soft launch and grand opening
- Recruit onboard and inspire a high-performing team aligned with the brand's culture and service style
- Collaborate with design construction and brand teams to ensure the property reflects the lifestyle concept
- Create and implement operational standards SOPs and guest experience flows tailored to a modern luxury audience
- Develop and execute a strategic launch plan in partnership with marketing and PR teams
- Drive all day-to-day operations post-opening ensuring exceptional service across rooms F&B events and entertainment
- Deliver strong commercial performance through revenue management cost control and P&L leadership
- Foster a guest-centric culture ensuring consistently memorable and high-energy experiences
- Represent the hotel externally building relationships with VIPs partners local authorities and key stakeholders
- Champion innovation and sustainability across operations aligned with the brand and group's vision
- Must have a proven track record in the UAE hospitality market with deep local market understanding
- Experience as a General Manager in global luxury or entertainment resort brands with a global footprint
- Track record of leading at least one successful pre-opening from ground up to launch
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build empower and retain high-performing teams
- Commercially driven with hands-on experience in budgeting revenue management and profitability delivery
- Obsessed with guest experience and knows how to deliver personalised service in a high-energy setting
- Creative agile and thrives in fast-paced ever-evolving environments
- Excellent communicator with strong external stakeholder and partner management skills
- Passionate about music entertainment design and culture with the confidence and flair to match
