Job Summary

We are actively hiring an experienced and results-driven

General Manager

to lead our operations in the

aluminum, glazing, and facade industry

. This is a senior leadership role suited for professionals with deep technical expertise, project management experience, and a strong background in

business development

, particularly within the

UAE construction market

.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Strategy

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue in the

facade, curtain wall, cladding, and glazing

segments. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and developers. Conduct market analysis to stay competitive in the

UAE aluminum and glass market

.

Project Oversight and Delivery

Supervise all project stages, including design, estimation, production, and installation of

architectural aluminum and glass systems

. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet

quality and safety standards

. Review and approve BOQs, technical submittals, and client proposals.

Operations and Team Leadership

Lead multi-functional teams, including engineering, estimation, procurement, and site teams. Implement operational best practices to improve efficiency and project delivery timelines. Mentor senior staff and foster a high-performance, collaborative work culture.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with architects, facade consultants, contractors, and suppliers to streamline communication and execution.

Financial and Risk Management

Monitor budgets, project costs, cash flows, and profit margins. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect project and company interests.

Regulatory Compliance and Quality Control

Ensure adherence to

UAE construction laws, health and safety regulations

, and international facade engineering standards. Oversee site inspections, QA/QC documentation, and HSE audits.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 15 years of experience in

facade engineering

aluminum systems

, or

glass installation

, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or Director-level role. Proven track record in

business development

team leadership

. Strong understanding of

unitized curtain walls

. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and ERP systems is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
