Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement business strategies to grow market share, expand service offerings, and achieve revenue targets within the facade and aluminum segment.
Client Acquisition:
Identify and secure new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and architects.
Market Intelligence:
Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and explore growth areas to maintain a competitive edge.
Estimation and Cost Management:
Cost Estimation:
Oversee the preparation of competitive and accurate cost estimates, including material, labor, logistics, and installation.
Tendering:
Lead tender submissions with detailed technical and commercial proposals.
Budget Management:
Ensure project budgets are developed, tracked, and aligned with financial targets.
Project Management:
Execution Oversight:
Manage multiple facade and aluminum projects from initiation through handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Resource Allocation:
Optimize labor and material resources across all ongoing projects.
Team Leadership:
Staff Management:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, estimators, and project managers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Performance Review:
Conduct regular evaluations and implement training or improvement plans where needed.

Implement best practices and continuous improvement measures across project and estimation workflows.
Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to company and industry quality standards in design, fabrication, and installation.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Client Satisfaction:
Maintain long-term relationships by ensuring exceptional service and project satisfaction.
Communication:
Provide regular project updates and strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Oversight:
Reporting:
Monitor financial KPIs, cost control, cash flow, and project profitability.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks affecting project delivery or company performance.
Compliance & Safety:
Regulations:
Ensure all projects comply with UAE regulations, building codes, and international facade engineering standards.
Health & Safety:
Promote and enforce safety protocols across all project sites.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
15-20 years in facade and aluminum projects, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong technical and commercial knowledge of curtain walls, aluminum cladding, glazing, unitized systems, and other facade systems.
Business Development:
Proven track record in developing client networks, winning tenders, and increasing revenue.
Leadership:
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Software:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, MS Project, and estimation tools.
