We are seeking a visionary and results-driven

General Manager - Facade

to lead our operations and strategy in the facade and aluminum sector. This is a senior leadership role that combines

business development, technical expertise, and project oversight

, aimed at growing market share while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Develop and implement strategies to expand business opportunities and increase market share. Identify, pursue, and secure new facade projects through strong client relationships and market presence. Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and areas of strategic growth.

Estimation & Cost Management

Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, and installation. Manage project budgeting processes and ensure cost controls align with financial goals.

Project Management

Lead end-to-end project execution--ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and client expectations are met. Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including designers, estimators, and site managers.

Team Leadership

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across functions such as estimation, design, and project delivery. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Operational Excellence

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, productivity, and process consistency. Enforce rigorous quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards. KPIs Recruitment as needed

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project coordination.

Financial Oversight

Monitor financial performance, including revenue, cost tracking, profitability, and forecasting. Identify and mitigate risks to safeguard project and company financial health.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure full compliance with local and international building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Promote health and safety best practices across all project sites and organizational levels.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (Master's or MBA is a plus).

Experience:

Minimum

8-10 years

in facade and aluminum systems, including

5+ years in senior leadership

with business development responsibility.

Technical Expertise:

Deep knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, aluminum systems, estimation, and project execution.

Leadership:

Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.

Business Acumen:

Strong commercial skills, with a track record of revenue growth and strategic expansion.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Software Proficiency:

Familiarity with tools such as

AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam

, and estimation/project management software.
