Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Define and implement strategic goals, operational frameworks, and growth initiatives for the construction division.

Project Oversight:

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of all construction projects, monitoring performance, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Financial Management:

Oversee budgets, cost control, profitability, and financial reporting; participate in contract negotiations and bid processes.

Operations Management:

Ensure compliance with quality, safety (HSE), legal, and environmental standards; implement best practices and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, mentor, and lead project managers, engineers, and site teams; foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.

Client & Stakeholder Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers; ensure client satisfaction.

Risk Management:

Assess and mitigate project risks; ensure adherence to company policies and cultural values.

Reporting:

Regularly report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), project status, and financial performance to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Must be Civil Engineer/Engineer with more than 10yrs UAE experience. Extensive experience in construction management and leadership. Proven track record in project delivery, financial management, and team leadership. Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
