You will build and lead a substantial team that provides sales, marketing, charging, operations, service, logistics, and finance. This is a hands-on role for a highly motivated candidate with an in-depth understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for deploying technology to create customer-centric experiences that delight. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute market entry, operations, and growth strategies for the UAE.
• Recruit and lead high calibre teams for sales, aftersales and power solutions.
• Support the retail, service and charging station infrastructure build-out.
• Manage relationships with OEM for sales planning and forecasting.
• Set and monitor sales and service KPIs.
• Be accountable for achieving overall KPIs and sales targets.
• Work hand in hand with the marketing and branding team on launch and promotional campaigns and digital engagement to drive awareness and sales.
• Analyse performance metrics and financials to inform strategic decisions and direction.
• Provide regular reports on performance and ensure that revenue strategies align with stakeholder expectations.
• Continuously evaluate and adapt business performance strategies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position within the automotive industry and have worked with Premium Brands in the UAE.
• A proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Experience with EV products.
• Startups, growth companies, and entrepreneurial experience are essential.
• Strategic thinking skills and flexibility in a fluid startup environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• The candidate will be a brand ambassador of the company.
• Knowledge and experience of the UAE market and culture are essential.
