DEALERSHIP GENERAL MANAGER: AUTOMOTIVE: MIDDLE EAST

Overview

A highly skilled and knowledgeable General Manager to lead an automotive dealership in the Middle East. As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the dealership, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service to maintain a competitive advantage. In addition, you will ensure customer satisfaction and sustain profitability across all dealership departments through effective business management strategies that motivate and drive the management team\'s daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals. Drive market expansion, analyse industry trends, and devise effective plans to maximise revenue.
• Team Management: Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of professionals. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, ensuring clear communication, goal alignment, and professional development to achieve business objectives.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and exceed sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour to drive brand growth.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day dealership operations, ensuring efficient processes, excellent customer experiences, and adherence to industry regulations. Monitor inventory levels, optimise pricing strategies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Customer Service: Maintain a customer-centric approach by continually improving the quality of customer experience and fostering long-term relationships with clients through effective complaint resolution, prompt response, and personalised attention.
• Financial Management: Drive financial performance through effective cost control, expense management, and budget allocation. Monitor key performance indicators, analyse financial reports, and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets.
• Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a General Manager in the automotive industry, specifically in the Middle East. Demonstrated success in achieving sales and profitability targets in a dealership environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in business or marketing or associated field.
• Strong fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
