Position Overview:
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction of the Business Setup and Business Center division.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Development
Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve company growth targets and enhance market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments to expand service offerings and revenue streams.
Lead sales and marketing initiatives in alignment with corporate goals.
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth delivery of services including company registration, licensing, PRO services, office space rentals, and related offerings.
Streamline operational processes for maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
Ensure that all services comply with UAE laws and regulations.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and mentor department heads and staff, fostering a motivated, high-performing team culture.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training and development programs.
Financial Management
Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and government authorities.
Handle escalated client issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Reporting & Compliance
Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on business performance, market trends, and operational challenges.
Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 7-10 years of senior management experience in business setup, corporate services, or related industries in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, licensing procedures, PRO services, and related regulations.
Demonstrated success in leading operational teams and driving business
