Public Relations Officer (PRO)

We are seeking a
PRO with hands-on experience in business setup services
in the UAE. The ideal candidate will handle government-related documentation and ensure smooth coordination with various departments including DED, Immigration, MOHRE, Free Zones, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage all visa, labor card, and immigration transactions
Coordinate with government departments such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Free Zones, etc.
Handle company license renewals, modifications, and cancellations
Maintain strong relationships with government departments and external stakeholders
Ensure timely and accurate document submissions and renewals
Stay updated with UAE laws and regulations related to business setup and labor
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PRO in a
business setup company
in the UAE
In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws, visa processes, and governmental procedures
Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
Valid UAE driving license is preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
